Role Description

The Sales Manager at Property Craft plays a vital role in the company by creating partnerships in the community to generate sales revenue. The primary function is to train and mentor our Field Sales Representatives. This role also involves creating business-to-business agreements to ensure organic growth in new and existing markets. The job duties for the role include, but are not limited to:

• Creating strategic partnerships between Property Craft and the following types of groups:
• Hospital Systems
• Medical Centers (including dental, vision, ortho, urgent care, etc.)
• School Systems
• Malls/Retail Centers
• Participating in signing businesses to exclusive service contracts to use Property Craft as their emergency services mitigation company.
• Mentoring and leading our sales teammates.
• Developing sales programs to incentivize sales representatives to promote new business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Generating new partnerships with non-profit groups to support each location Property Craft serves.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and willingness to operate a company vehicle
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Sales and Business Development skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
