Analyzes various rate plans utilizing a company's claims history to determine the appropriate rate plan and benefits costs. Additionally, Property Casualty Underwriting Supervisor may assist with analysis of large accounts. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically requires certification as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. OnCall Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor who is highly skilled in a wide range of home maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to closely follow direction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks on different areas of residential and commercial properties, while supervising a team of other construction workers primarily working on home renovations.
- Carry out works including framing, carpentry, sheetrock, siding, roofing, painting, and other miscellaneous renovation work.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise workers and tradespeople
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to management

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction trades and in a supervisory position.

- Exceptional ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must have own transportation, vehicle insurance and tools.
- Able to physically handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
