Responsibilities
• Assist with all aspects of an apartment community and provide welcoming and excellent customer service to residents, prospects, staff, and vendors.
• Assist with leading, guiding, and supervising leasing and maintenance staff as they serve residents of the GSC Apartment Community.
• Partner with the support of senior leadership to maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and your team to cultivate business plans and marketing strategies.
• Oversee rent collection and seek out opportunities to improve or avoid delinquencies by monitoring high-balance accounts.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports while monitoring occupancy, expenses, and delinquencies.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections of model units, grounds, and maintenance.
• Manage the efficiency and quality of move-outs and move-ins.
• Oversee capital improvement and or repair projects with external vendors while communicating with staff, leadership, and residents when appropriate.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Property Management role, preferably with a conventional apartment community or communities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with planning and maintaining budgets.
• Systems knowledge to include Microsoft 360, SharePoint, MRI or other Property Management Software.
• A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
