Being a Property General Manager - Casino monitors all operating costs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure that the organization meets financial goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Property General Manager - Casino typically reports to chief executive officer. The Property General Manager - Casino manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
Must obtain a First Aid/AED certification. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming’s auto insurance carrier.
