- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance
- Manage the leasing process, including advertising available units, conducting tours, and screening potential tenants
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and other necessary documents
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and property-related documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting for the property
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling tenant inquiries professionally
- Knowledge of property leasing processes and best practices
- Basic understanding of sales principles for promoting available units
- Ability to coordinate property maintenance tasks and work with contractors as needed
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts and managing documentation
