Responsibilities:
*Thorough knowledge of leasing techniques, sales methods, property rental information.
*thorough knowledge of management company policies and procedures.
*Responsible for the efficient and timely reporting, maintenance and submission of all administrative forms, and files and reports.
*Should work to direct the efforts of the on-site staff to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and are maintained in a satisfactory manner.
*Analyze and oversee the maintenance of all building inspections and records
* Inspect areas under construction on a daily basis
*Meet with the Tenants ona regular basis to ensure tenant satisfaction.
*Should be able to work in ongoing leasing program including review of leases for compliance, notification, updates, escalations, late charges, statements, and insurance compliance.
* Should be able to work in coordination of tenant move-ins and outs and completion of associated paperwork.
*Oversee engineering and building staff, meet with the chief engineer and/or superintendent on a daily basis to coordinate ongoing work and the building's repair and maintenance program.
*Direct the day-to-day operations of the security and cleaning contractors.
