We're looking for a Residential Property Manager to handle the daily operations of two Manufactured Home Communities. The property manager is responsible for all daily operational duties as well as the administrative aspects of the communities. This includes facilitating the goal of reaching and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate, helping to collect 100% of the rent and fees in a timely manner, conducting site inspections to ensure 100% compliance with community standards, and completing reporting by deadlines as requested, among other duties.
