Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations for a property or portfolio of properties. Responsible for coordinating routine and emergency maintenance, selecting and managing contractors, and leading property improvement projects. Being a Property Manager develops financial and business plans for profitable property ownership. Oversees budgets, lease administration, and tenant service delivery. Additionally, Property Manager may initiate or assist with the buying and selling properties in the portfolio. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Property Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Property Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Your ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and accurate manner will be vital in maintaining the company’s commercial/retail property portfolio. Your positivity and interpersonal skills will foster the ongoing relationships between property management and tenants, as well as the relationships between management and vendors. You will also have opportunities to work with other businesses and creatives for third-party-hosted events.

    Qualifications:

    • Real estate license
    • Bilingual in Korean (due to tenant demographics)
    • 10 years of commercial property management experience
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Proactive and interpersonal attitude
    • Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
    • MRI knowledge (plus!)

    Responsibilities:

    • Rent collection and follow-ups
    • Property maintenance
    • Plan, organize, and update any building safety and security procedures
    • Staying updated on the City’s rules and regulations for commercial/retail properties
    • Maintaining effective cost control
    • Reviewing and preparing lease documents/contracts, notices, amendments
    • Collaborate with legal team for tasks related to legal and/or insurance
    • Respond to venue rental and other marketing/event-related requests
    • Work with Marketing/Event team for on-property events
