This is a full-time position with a starting annual salary of $35,000 plus the potential for quarterly bonuses.
Responsibilities entail:
- Conducting apartment viewings and facilitating lease agreements
- Conducting move-out inspections
- Managing rent collection
- Addressing tenant inquiries and concerns
- Conducting routine property inspections to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas and grounds
- Fostering a welcoming and cooperative environment by enforcing property regulations respectfully
