A. R. Building Co., a national, property management company, is seeking a Property Manager for Kettle Point Apartments , a Luxury Apartment Community .
The Property Manager at Kettle Point will oversee the daily operation of the property including, but not limited to: touring prospective residents, marketing the property, resident relations/retention, property inspections, and budgeting.
4 or more yrs. experience as a Property Manager is preferred. The right person will be a friendly, personable, energetic, outgoing, motivated self-starter and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Experience with RealPage/Onesite would be wonderful.
This is a full time salaried position with benefits the 1st of the month after 60 days. Mon-Friday daylight. NO weekends!
