Property and Evidence Clerk receives, records, stores, and safeguards evidence collected from crime investigations. Prepares records of articles according to chain of custody procedures and maintains evidence database. Being a Property and Evidence Clerk releases property or evidence being retained to designated party for court presentation or other disposition. Maintains storage facility and coordinates proper disposal of sensitive materials including narcotics, bio-hazardous materials, firearms, and explosives. Additionally, Property and Evidence Clerk typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Property and Evidence Clerk works under moderate supervision. Southern Utah RV Park in Washington, UT is looking for a part-time hospitality clerk to join our team for 24-29 hours a week. As part of a committed team, you will be an essential part of creating a positive and memorable guest experience. You will have the most interaction with guests and therefore have the potential for greatest impact on the guest experience as you greet and assist guests with checking in/out, making purchases, addressing questions and concerns, etc.
As part of the Southern Utah RV Park team, you will:
- Ensure that all interactions with guests and staff are professional and positive.
- Greet arriving guests and ensure they are checked in promptly and accurately.
- Answer phones and take reservations, answer questions, give directions, etc.
- Cashier for store items and services.
- Basic clerical/administrative tasks involved in running an office and/or RV park.
- Make guests aware of amenities of the park and goods, services, and attractions in the area.

- Have a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and friendly disposition.
- Ability to speak and understand English is required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs.
- Campground experience a plus.
- Experience with CampLife campground software a huge plus.
- Living on-site in your RV a plus.
