This includes but is not limited to; overseeing the work of all property staff and vendors, ensuring that the property meets ownership goals and objectives, safeguarding the good financial health and stability of the property, maintaining timely compliance with all applicable government and property program requirements, and enforcing LV management Policies & Procedures.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, professional, communicative, comfortable supervising staff under fast-paced working conditions, and have at least two (2) years of experience managing an affordable facility.Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 PLUS bonus opportunitiesResponsibilities:
- Attend to the needs of the residents, potential residents and associates.
- Inspect site grounds daily and inspect vacant units.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating staff.
- Maximize income, control expenditures, and maintain financial objectives to meet established goals.
- Ability to develop and manage operational budgets to meet property goals and objectives.
- Manage day to day operations, focusing on occupancy, collections, and budgets.
- Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet goals and objectives.
- Work with onsite maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled on an immediate basis, and any delays are properly communicated. Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
- Provide vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings and vendor relations. Continually inspect property and improvements, recording deficiencies and taking the necessary action within budgetary allocations.
Requirements:- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Property Management
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of Section 8/42 experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong budget and financial understanding
- Certifications preferred (ARM, CPM, COS)
- Entrata software experience preferred
- Successful track record in marketing and leasing to maintain occupancy
