Additionally, Property and Evidence Clerk typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Property and Evidence Clerk works under moderate supervision. THE POSITION:
Due to growth, we're looking to fill 2-3 positions for Maintenance Tech (one will earn the title of Team Leader). Ideally, we will have 1-2 in Cincinnati and 1 in Dayton, OH.
Position Highlights:
MX Tech's complete work orders for our Property Services team, and perform a wide variety of residential property service-related tasks. There is no 'typical day'. As an example, you may have a WO to unclog a sink in the AM; then do a quick inspection on a tenant-occupied property with our industry-leading software; then maybe finish out the day doing painting and/or drywall work.
As our primary presence in the field, we want our MX Tech's to advocate for the property's best interest, and to make the right repairs in a workmanlike manner, efficiently, while delivering excellent customer service and professionalism.
Attn: HVAC techs, ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, CARPENTERS, HANDYMEN, etc. We welcome your current skill set and want to help you grow and develop new skills and certifications.
