The primary purpose of the Medical Scribe is to bring more accuracy and organization to the physician by documenting 100% completion of their patient’s charts in a timely matter. These charts detail the physician-patient interaction in real time through a paper or electronic medical record system. This position helps with increased provider productivity, patient satisfaction, and a more efficient workflow.
