Provider Contracting Director jobs in Las Cruces, NM

Sedona Contracting is seeking a site Supervisor with experience in Construction. Prior experience is preferred but not required. The job site is located at White Sands Missile Range, approximately 8 miles from the main post. Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain a base pass. Must have reliable transportation to and from the job location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site supervision of subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain communication between Subcontractors, Government personnel, Project Managers, and Safety personnel.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, inspectors, etc., providing customer service to develop long-term partnerships.
• Ensure weekly milestone goals are met.
• Provide environment where project communication occurs between Project Engineers, Forepersons, Project Managers and Construction Managers to ensure work is accomplished in an efficient, profitable, and safe manner.
• Comply with, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
