Position Summary
The Provider Development Director (PDD) will manage Infusion For Health’s provider development, relationships, sales and marketing for the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare or health services industries, and experience collaborating with healthcare providers. This position is home-based and has the potential for up to 75% travel throughout the territory.
The PDD will develop and manage relationships with strategic high-volume physician practices that refer patients needing infusion treatment, offer Infusion For Health's services, and provide assistance and support to assigned physician practices and staff. The ideal candidate will be able to establish new relationships with practices, educate physicians and their staff about Infusion For Health’s services, and support these practices in referring their patients. In addition, he/she will partner with Infusion For Health’s care coordinators, marketing, and care success managers to evaluate and continually improve the effectiveness of how Infusion For Health supports providers.
The PDD will also develop, execute, and report to management on sales development plans that includes performance on key metrics, resources required to drive growth, and investments needed to improve efficiency. Additionally, he/she will work with a broad spectrum of partners in the care process including, pharmaceutical representatives, local health plans and IPAs, and health systems.

The pay range for this role is expected to be $85,000. Additionally, the role is eligible to participate in an incentive plan with an annual target of $50,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
