Provider Contracting Manager manages the activities of the contracting staff that prepare and maintain contracts and the contracts database system for a health plan network. Responsible for negotiating with facilities joining the health network and setting rates. Being a Provider Contracting Manager oversees network reporting requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and to produce accurate and relevant reporting of data. Trains and develops staff. Additionally, Provider Contracting Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Provider Contracting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Provider Contracting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Appliance Installation Manager - Georgia

  • Opportunity to work as an Appliance Installation Manager with an industry leader providing appliances for new multi-family construction projects.


    Duties will include working along side and supervising a team to unload appliances from delivery trucks, bring into a warehouse and/or job site, distribute appliances to living spaces, removal and disposal of all packaging materials, placing and installing appliances in the proper locations in residential units and community spaces.  Some appliances will require the attachment of power cords, water hoses, venting, anti-tip brackets, and ice-makers. Refrigerator doors will need to be reversed for some kitchen configurations. Dryer doors may also need to be reversed. Over the range microwaves and range hoods will need to be mounted. Dishwashers and washing machines will need to be hooked up to power and water. All appliances must be tested to ensure proper working order. Appliances may need some repair or part replacement work. If repair cannot be completed onsite, then a work order will need to be placed with the manufacturer. Work orders must be monitored until the repair is completed.  Work completed is documented electronically each day using your smart phone.  Must have experience repairing and installing appliances.

    End of day job meeting attendance, in person or remotely, will be required. Access to project management systems will be provided. 


    This position is for work on a construction job. Safety is essential.  You will be required to know OSHA safety requirements on a construction job site.   Proper attire and correct PPE must be worn on the job site per OSHA requirements:
    • Work pants
    • Long sleeved t shirts
    • Reflector vests
    • Hard hats
    • Protective eye wear and ear protection
    • Work boots
    • Work gloves to assist with gripping large boxes


    We are looking for people with strong supervisory and communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively with the team to problem solve and find solutions.  Your experience working with appliances is of primary importance.  However, some heavy lifting will be required.  You will be expected to perform manual labor. Minimum physical requirements are as follows:
    • The ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds 
    • The ability to respond quickly to sounds
    • The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
    • The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
    • The ability to safely climb stairs while carrying 40 pounds
    • The ability to work in extreme weather
    • The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly throughout the work day.


    A background check will be administered at the time of hire. Drug testing will be randomly performed.
