Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Psychologist to join an established Family Medicine clinic in Central Point. This is an excellent opportunity to help integrate behavioral health into an established patient-centered medical home and to grow the practice’s referral base. Work with a strong, collaborative team and experience a healthy work-life balance and thrive in the community of Central Point, just outside of Medford, Oregon.

• Experience with integrated care models and experience with brief interventions and team-based care preferred

Providence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, with more than 90 clinics across the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington.
