Provider Contracting Manager jobs in Middlesex, NJ

The IT Contract Manager plays a pivotal role in the negotiations, procurement and management of a wide variety of technology contracts, including software licensing agreements, hardware procurement, cloud services agreements, data protection agreements, IT professional services contracts, and technology maintenance and support contracts.

The position will manage a portfolio of IT contracts: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, IT Security, Supply Chain, GPO and Legal to ensure alignment on contractual and legal matters: provide contract-related support and guidance to management, technology teams and business owns.

Requirements:

• We are primarily looking for a candidate that has a deep understanding of technology and software licensing to drive successful contract negotiations and management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university or Five (5) years of related work experience in IT Contract Administration, IT Project Management, IT Vendor Management or Purchasing, preferably in a healthcare provider setting.
• Computer skills: PeopleSoft preferred, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint

**This position is primarily remote however will require employee to come on-site, approximately 6 times per year for on-site work responsibilities.
