Provider Contracting Manager manages the activities of the contracting staff that prepare and maintain contracts and the contracts database system for a health plan network. Responsible for negotiating with facilities joining the health network and setting rates. Being a Provider Contracting Manager oversees network reporting requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and to produce accurate and relevant reporting of data. Trains and develops staff. Additionally, Provider Contracting Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Provider Contracting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Provider Contracting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     JOB DESCRIPTION


    POSITION: Office Manager

    LOCATION: FLINT, MI


    OBJECTIVE

    At Commercial Contracting Corporation, the Office Manager is the person on a respective construction project who provides extensive support to the project team. The Office Manager must be task driven, detail oriented and have exceptional Microsoft Office skills.


    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Daily project reporting.
    • Manage emails, file, copy, and provide data entry.
    • Organize daily field reports.
    • Daily payroll reporting and new hire processing at the site.
    • Provides management of close-out documentation following our internal procedures.
    • Keep meeting minutes / sign-in sheet recording.
    • Track extras and tabulate totals.
    • Managing overall appearance and cleanliness of office environment.
    • Understanding and capability of working in a construction trailer environment.
    • Making office supply runs and team meeting lunch runs, as needed.


    CORE COMPETENCIES

    • Very strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word).
    • Strong math and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work with vendors as the point person for office equipment.
    • Previous construction experience a plus.
    • Experience with ProCore a plus.
