Trains and develops staff. Additionally, Provider Contracting Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Provider Contracting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Job Description: Craft Contracting and Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a Prefabrication Warehouse Manager. This individual will oversee all aspects of our offsite construction warehouse operations, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and timely delivery of prefabricated components for construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for streamlining operations in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management:

    • Supervise day-to-day operations of the prefabrication warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, production scheduling, and shipping.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
    • Implement efficient workflows and process improvements to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, technicians, and production workers.
    • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement among warehouse staff.

    Quality Control:

    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality.
    • Conduct regular inspections of prefabricated components to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
    • Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams to forecast inventory needs and optimize supply chain efficiency.
    • Implement inventory tracking systems and tools to streamline inventory management processes.

    Production Planning and Scheduling:

    • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop production schedules and timelines for prefabricated components.
    • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors to manage production capacity and resource allocation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.
    • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
