Provider Contracting Manager jobs in Tampa, FL

Tampa Bay Area Civil Site Contractor seeking motivated & experienced Project Manager for full time position. Applicant must have 5-10 years of civil construction/underground pipe experience with proven track record, A Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering required although extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills & an ability to manage multiple priorities. Must be very proficient in bidding a variety of civil projects which includes but not limited to residential sub-divisions, commercial sites, FDOT projects, municipal & heavy highway. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of bid documents; the ability to generate accurate, comprehensive & profitable proposals, project management skills to perform plan take-offs & earthwork take-offs & the skills to communicate effectively with vendors/ suppliers to negotiate & obtain prices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (WORD & EXCEL) is required. Salary commensurate with experience. Serious inquiries only.
