Provider Contracting Manager manages the activities of the contracting staff that prepare and maintain contracts and the contracts database system for a health plan network. Responsible for negotiating with facilities joining the health network and setting rates. Being a Provider Contracting Manager oversees network reporting requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and to produce accurate and relevant reporting of data. Trains and develops staff. Additionally, Provider Contracting Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Provider Contracting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The primary role of a canvasser is to generate leads and set appointments with property owners for our Sales team. Candidates should be competitive in nature, energetic and reliable. Must be able to communicate respectfully and persuasively with homeowners. Must enjoy working outdoors and be able to walk 3-5 miles daily. Canvassers should have reliable transportation back and forth to work. We offer housing concessions for those employees who work outside of their home markets. We also provide full training and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
Knocking on doors to speak with home and property owners
Knocking on doors to speak with potential business partners
Handing out fliers to future customers
Working home show/trade show booths
Scheduling appointments and coordinating with the sales team
Promoting Aspen Contracting on all aspects of the business
