    Requirements

    You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

     

    • Hold the necessary credentials for a Childcare Director in Georgia, which include the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience in a licensed childcare center, alongside one of the following: an associates, bachelor’s or master's degree in ECE, a CDA, a TCC in ECE, a 40-hour director training course, or a paraprofessional certificate. 
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
    • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
    • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
