Provider Network Director directs and develops a healthcare provider network. Designs and administers policies and services that comply with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Being a Provider Network Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     Responsibilities:
    We are looking for a Director of Provider Recruitment and Contracting to join our growing Community Health Partners team! In this role, you will design, identify, implement and deliver an effective talent acquisition and contracting strategy for Community Provider Network, including Community Health Partners and affiliates. You will oversee the execution of recruiting providers based on network composition and needs and analyzing financial impact of contracts, terms and initiatives to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic mission and goals.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required
    • Master's Degree preferred
    • 5 years of experience in advanced practice provider and physician contracting, including negotiations and compensation modeling required
    • 2 years of supervisory/management experience required
