Provider Network Director directs and develops a healthcare provider network. Designs and administers policies and services that comply with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Being a Provider Network Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Provider Network Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Provider Network Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Requirements

    You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You: 

    • Are at least 18 years old and hold the necessary credentials for an Assistant Director in Alabama which include the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, experience in a licensed childcare center, and completion of at least 12 hours of training in Childcare. A college degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is a big bonus!
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills. 
    • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.  
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances. 
    • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
