real- me cap oning services to enable individuals with hearing impairments to fully par cipate in the
events.
Key Responsibili es :
1. Trial Prac ce Run :
Conduct a prac ce run to test and verify the func onality of all equipment and technology
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integra on of the cap oning display on
the main screen in the Rome facility.
Determine the feasibility of providing CART services remotely for both in-person and virtual
atendees.
2. Assump on of Leadership and All Hands Mee ng :
Provide real- me cap oning for the events, allowing par cipants to access the spoken content
accurately and in real- me.
