A leading critical access hospital located in northern Maine is currently searching for an experienced Provider Practice Manager to join their accredited healthcare team.

This organization provides access to world-class acute care services to a population of roughly 14,000 people. The inpatient services provided include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. This system also provides various outpatient services including laboratory procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiology, chemotherapy, same-day surgery, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, nutritional counseling, home health, and respiratory care.

Reporting to the Practice Director, the Provider Practice Director will oversee the operational management of internal practices. The Provider Practice Manager will provide operational oversight to provider teams, maintains open communication with physicians and advanced practice providers, monitors practice budgets, coordinates provider schedules, establishes operating procedures, addresses patient complaints, and promotes an environment of exceptional care.

• Bachelor’s level degree of equivalent experience
• Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) highly desirable
