As a Sales Manager within Home Depot's Solar Services team, you'll oversee the in-home sales process, from initial consultation to closing. Your leadership will ensure that we not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations, providing them with tailored solar solutions that align with our brand's promise of quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities: - - Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the training and support needed to excel.

- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring each team member effectively conducts in-home sales appointments, from initial contact to successful closing.

- Develop strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other Home Depot departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Track and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications: - - Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the home services or solar energy sectors.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.

- Familiarity with the solar industry and in-home sales process preferred.
