Sales and office manager Hourly PLUS Commission

Mile High Networks is currently looking for an individual to join our fast-growing fixed wireless broadband company. We are based in Prescott Valley, AZ. We provide internet services to Yavapai County.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Serve as the point person for sales and office manager:

§ Sales both internally and externally

§ Mailing

§ Supplies

§ Equipment Inventory

§ Check deposits

§ Errands

§ Shopping

§ Audits

• Periodic phone support for sales
• Periodic external sales throughout Yavapai county
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Interacts with customers in a professional, courteous manner including when responding to escalations and repeat customer concerns.
• Promotes Mile High Networks services to generate new accounts, service upgrades or additional services by explaining the advantages of additional products and services.
• Participates in team meetings as scheduled.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance required. Works on regularly scheduled days.
• Follows all Company standard procedures, policies and safety practices in the course of performing work activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; post-high school education a plus

Minimum 18 years of age

Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record in accordance with Company’s Motor Vehicle Policy

Excellent customer service, time management, and decision-making skills

Working knowledge of PC and MS Office products

Self-motivated; ability to work independently with limited supervision to complete tasks, respond to department requests, collaborate with others to utilize resources, and apply knowledge to identify quality solutions

Ability to interact and communicate appropriate information to customers and team members in a professional manner

Ability to effectively maintain professional appearance and demeanor in a variety of work environments

Job Type: Full-time (Part time is a possibility)

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday thru Friday
• Hourly

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
