Overview:

A startup/subsidiary of a global insurance company is looking for an IT Systems Manager to join their newly created team. This position serves as the IT systems lead, managing planning, project execution, and operations. This is a hybrid role in Torrance, CA, and the applicant must reside in the area at the time of application.

Essential Duties:

• Device procurement, setup, and inventory management

System and account administration (MS, AWS, Atlassian, Adobe, Google, FreshService, etc.)

• Help desk and office security system management
• IT infrastructure optimization: Planning, evaluation, implementation, and operation
• Project management
• Vendor selection and contract negotiation
• DNS management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience
• Minimum 3 years of IT management experience
• Experience training and/or managing staff members
• Extensive AWS and Microsoft 365 experience
• Proficiency in system planning, implementation, and administration
• Experience with MS Entra (AD), Defender, Intune, Exchange, Outlook, Teams, Atlassian products, and AWS infrastructure
• Experience setting up SAML/SSO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
