As a Direct Support Professional your role will be to help the member enjoy life by helping them perform their simple daily functions, personal cares, meal prep, social interactions, basic physical therapy and housekeeping. Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver will bring joy into the lives of the members you work with and help them feel encouraged, involved, and loved.

Location- Platteville

2 positions for Second shift 4p - 12a

2 position for Third Shift 12a - 8am

1 Position for a backup caregiver to cover days off and vacations - hours will vary

Experience –Reliable, Professional and Compassionate Caregivers is a Must

We’re looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded. If you have experience cooking, cleaning, or caring for others, that’s a bonus!

This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback.

• Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout the day.
• Assisting member with Personal Cares such as bathing, changing, toileting.
• Tidying up the house and helping with basic housekeeping tasks that keep the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client.
• Running errands

*Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
