PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER manages the operations of a healthcare provider network. Responsible for establishing and maintaining processes and systems to provide routine services to members including contract management and credentialing.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Plan, direct, and coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, etc., or any other non-IT based project.

    · Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.

    · Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

    · Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees’ work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

    · Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

    · Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.

    · Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    · Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of project or communications related experience.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    · Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

    · Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

    · Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

    · Control meetings, gather tasks from team members, update project plans, analyze data from changes made to project plan (week over week variances, critical path analysis, etc.).

    · Ability to take complex information and break It down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work.

    · Recent experience with Microsoft Project and able to demonstrate.
