PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER manages the operations of a healthcare provider network. Responsible for establishing and maintaining processes and systems to provide routine services to members including contract management and credentialing. Being a PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER recruits, hires, trains, and measures performance of staff to provide effective and operations within budget. May be involved with the design and operations of database systems used to manage provider data and produce reports and analysis. Additionally, PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and toileting
- Monitor and address any behavioral issues using effective behavior management techniques
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
Skills:
- First Aid/CPR certification to ensure the safety of the children
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and milestones
- Experience in childcare, such as nannying, babysitting, or working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
Tentative schedule:
M-Th 8:30am-5pm
Fridays 6:45am-10:45am
