    Provider Network Development Specialist

    Job Summary:
    This position supports and improves network optimization throughout the Rush Health (RH) Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). Utilizes Rush Health analytics to increase competency with and expand upon data for the Chicago and broader Illinois healthcare market. Works closely with Rush Health Provider Relations, Analytics, and Credentialing. Facilitates network outreach and fosters communication across the network by developing marketing materials, presentations, and reports. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Identifies and contributes to the implementation of provider network development strategy to drive growth.
    • Implements targeted outreach, builds relationships, and onboards new participants.
    • Creates materials for Network Relations and Business Development.
    • Contributes to CIN Network Development division that sets recruitment priorities, reviews network coverage and utilization, and reviews program manager field activities.
    • Works closely with RUSH Strategic Planning, Strategic Growth, and Rush Health Analytics on market analysis tailored to this role and the needs of the CIN.
    • Stays current and familiar with RH operations, contracts, and key drivers for the CIN and industry.
    • Stays current with healthcare strategy and trends in the market to bring new and innovative approaches to the position and the department.
    • Assists with the preparation of internal business proposals and responses, coordinates internal resources, and manages deadlines.
    • Reports activity and results to RH leadership on a regular cadence.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Job Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3 years marketing, sales, or recruiting experience
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills, both written and oral
    • Microsoft Office proficiency

    Preferred Job Qualifications:
    • Knowledge and experience in the healthcare field
    • Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat experience
