Job Summary: Primary function is to act as liaison between the agency and the community regarding community and patient/client needs. Responsibilities include development and promotion of primary home care programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality healthcare and maximizing personnel, financial and equipment resources.
Reports to: Assistant Director of Business Development and Marketing
Job Qualifications: Applicant must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, organizational skills, along with good contacts in the healthcare field and the community. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*Be a proven producer with a significant track record of bringing in substantial numbers of referrals on a long-term basis.
Education: Graduate of an accredited college/university is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3yrs experience in healthcare sales required. Preferably primary home care
Skills: The ability to establish, maintain and build new relationship with the local healthcare community to promote and leverage the value of our skilled and non-skilled services and programs. Have an establish network of contacts in the healthcare community to effectively and efficiently promote all services available in your designated territory. Effectively work with all segments of office staff, nurses and medical directors.

*Base salary range shown is based on experience and negotiable. This base does not include additional uncapped bonus structure.
