The Settlement Advisor plays a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to clients facing financial challenges due to overwhelming debt.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' financial situations, develop personalized debt management plans, and assist them in achieving financial stability.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in debt consolidation and settlement as well as sales driven consultant who likes to problem solve and educate.

• In-house marketing team providing warm leads daily
• We provide you inbound calls

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Handle the full cycle of sales for inbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls, and successfully close deals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations by reviewing their debts, income, expenses, and financial goals using a consultative approach to promote our services
• Utilize different verbal sales methods of communicating with potential clients
• Emphasizes service features based on analyses of customers’ needs and recommend suitable debt relief programs
• Accurately track all communications in CRM system
• Conducts client follow-up calls to ensure that they understand the service and are moving forward with services
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information
• Manage your leads / calendar / time efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met
• Perform other essential job functions as required or assigned
