Provider Network Specialist coordinates and evaluates the contracts of a healthcare provider network. Participates in the negotiation of contracts and prepares reports and analysis of contract details and statistics. Being a Provider Network Specialist distributes contract information, status updates, and other information within the organization. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Provider Network Specialist typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Provider Network Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and toileting
- Monitor and address any behavioral issues using effective behavior management techniques
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
Skills:
- First Aid/CPR certification to ensure the safety of the children
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and milestones
- Experience in childcare, such as nannying, babysitting, or working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
Tentative schedule:
M-Th 8:30am-5pm
Fridays 6:45am-10:45am
