As the most important Maximum Handyman Team member, you would be working full time as a remote / on the road craftsman and repairman for the largest and most experienced and respected company in the business.

Our “In-House Technicians” are sought after, knowledgeable, experienced, career professionals who live and work throughout our mid-Atlantic coverage area that includes PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, and WV with varying degrees of skill and experience in Light Electrical, Ballasts (lighting), Diagnose Electrical Problems, Drywall, Painting, Drop Ceiling Grid Installation/ Repair, Ceiling Tile Installation / Repair, Bollards, Welding, Welding Fabrication, Concrete Repair, Concrete Patching, Rapid Restore, Asphalt Repair and Patching, Brick / Block Repair and Installation, Steel Commercial Doors, Wood Commercial Doors, Commercial Door Hardware( Closers,Panic Bar, Locks, Knobs, etc), Light Plumbing, Copper Pipe, Flush Valve (Flushometers), Water Heater Installation, Tiles(Ceramic) Wall & Floor, Wood Floor Repair & Installation, VCT Floor Repair & Installation, Fencing: New and Repairs (Assorted Types and Hardware), Carpentry Fabrication( Building Cabinets, Drawers, Drawer Faces) Laminate, Glass, Caulk, Grouting, and Other Finish Work, Cove Base, Trim Carpentry, Framing Carpentry, FRP, Window Film Installation, Tuck Pointing ( Mortar Between Bricks)

What you can expect: Bi-weekly pay (Starting at $18.00 to $23.00 per hour based on abilities and experience) | 90 Day Evaluation Period (potential pay increase based on performance) |Monday through Friday | Vehicle maintenance (Managed by others) | Office Support | Performance reviews | Casual atmosphere | Significant amount of driving every day

Ideal skills include knowledge of repair for (but not limited to):

• Asphalt and concrete repair/patching and brick/cinder block work.
• Ballasts and light electrical work
• Laminate fabrication/repair for cabinetry and counters.
• Caulk, spackle, painting, grouting, and other finishing work.
• Ceramic, VCT, ceiling, and other tile work
• Commercial doors and hardware, including closers, panic bars, etc.
• Framing, drywall, FRP
• Fences, installing new drop ceiling grid, cove base molding.
• Flushometers and other light plumbing
• Moving/hauling, pest control, demolition, glasswork
• Welding (a plus)

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Safe driver with a clean record that can operate a large service van.
• Clean criminal record
• No substance abuse.
• Ability to work independently/ unsupervised.
• Professional appearance
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Proven troubleshooting/technical skills
• Experienced in multiple areas of repair.
• Tech-savvy (job “paperwork” is managed on a smartphone)
• Experience (3 years minimum)
• Fluent English speaking
• United States work authorization.
• Safety minded. (Safety toe shoes are mandatory, and PPE as required per task)
• Cleanliness and organization of company tools, equipment, and vehicle
