    Position Summary

    As a Senior Provider Recruiting Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier dental professionals to fulfill the staffing needs of our company. Your role will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle for providers, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the interview process and negotiating offers. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the dental industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in successful recruitment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement campus/university strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates from feeder schools.
    • Utilize insight reports to analyze recruitment trends and determine effective school strategies.
    • Collaborate with the team to execute campus recruitment initiatives and attend events.
    • Assess current doctor recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement changes and best practices to streamline recruitment workflows.
    • Partner with Director to monitor and evaluate recruitment processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Evaluate effectiveness of resources and make suggestions to optimize outcomes.
    • Assist in allocating funds strategically to attract high-quality candidates utilizing various platforms and social media.
    • Partner and collaborate with Director and Stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for doctor recruitment.
    • Track recruitment metrics and performance against KPIs.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment performance and areas for improvement.
    • Travel as needed around the NY, PA, NY area 10-20% travel to local recruitment events.
    • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiations.
    • Build and maintain a network of qualified dental professionals through relationship-building and ongoing communication.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure a proactive recruitment approach.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruitment progress.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 10 years of dental provider recruiting experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proficient in recruitment software and tools (ATS/CRM).
    • Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of dental industry standards, certifications, and licensing requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to the organization.
