This role will be responsible for the oversight of the integration of new providers while focusing on improving efficiency in the integration process in an effort to improve patient, physician and employee satisfaction. This position is tasked with establishing and maintaining standard implementation processes in all regions for practices affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health Medical Group (HMHMG) by coordinating the efforts of provider enrollment, HR, Clinical Applications,, practice operations and integration with hospital leaders and appropriate departments. The Physician Onboarding Manager will provide subject matter expertise and play the lead role in the integration of providers to Hackensack Meridian Health. This position is responsible for aiding in the establishment of a working relationship between hospital administrative Teams, HMHMG Practice Operations and Physicians who are newly hired, in practices recently acquired or in new practice facilities. The primary focus is to provide project management oversight to the transition of a physician/practice into or out of HMHMG. The Physician Onboarding Manager is also responsible for integration into the service area community to raise awareness of new services and new specialists, as well as offboarding of physicians. This role will support all aspects of onboarding from 90 days prior to start date and onwards through 120 post start date.
