Northern California Youth and Family Programs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Supervises and trains support staff.
• Delegates support staff responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff members.
• Audits foster parent, foster child, and THP files on a regular basis.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
• Signs off on purchase requests under $250.
• Oversees everything related to building maintenance and comfort (organization, repairs, etc.)
• Maintains the office and grounds by keeping them clean, organized, and safe.
• Works cooperatively with other community resources and referral sources to coordinate services to clients.
• Attends staffing as needed, and any other required meetings.
• Receives, directs, and relays telephone calls, messages, and faxes.
• Assists all programs, trainings, and events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
