The F-16 Program Office at Hill AFB, Utah requires an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support a variety of software, hardware and firmware development and integration activities to ensure cybersecurity, information assurance and anti-tamper requirements and current DoD, USAF, and AFLCMC policies are considered and implemented as part of F-16 fighter aircraft sustainment, development and modernization programs and projects. The ISSM is the individual designated by an operating units (i.e., DOE organization or site) Senior Manager to manage the units cybersecurity program.
This individual will be responsible for establishing, documenting, and monitoring the operating units cybersecurity program implementation as well as ensure unit compliance with the Risk Management Framework and Implementation Plan. He/she must have a working knowledge of system functions, cybersecurity policies, and technical cybersecurity protection measures. Additionally, this individual will serve as the primary point of contact to the AO regarding all operating unit cybersecurity issues. Shall be able to draft, review and coordinate information assurance and cybersecurity proposals, strategies, Program Protection Plans and vendor CDRLs. Additional responsibilities may include:

Specialized Certification/Education/Experience:
Require a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and a minimum of a BS degree in a computer science or engineering discipline or equivalent qualification substitution as per One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business, SF 33, B2.1. Recommend a minimum of ten years of IA Management and security engineering experience as well as detailed knowledge of all USAF, EPAF, and FMS F-16 configurations to address F-16 USAF, EPAF and FMS requirements. Recommend knowledge in F-16 development and the fielded system, including an understanding of the system requirements.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Certifications: CISSP certification, if not currently held, must be obtained in one year
Years Experience: Recommend a minimum of 10 years of Information Assurance experience
Travel: Yes, 10%
Security Clearance Required: Must have Active Top Secret clearance to apply. Must be able to be cleared for SAP access to fulfill mission requirements.
