Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., a national non-profit, is seeking a Part Time, reliable and organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Adams County - Denver and El Paso County. As an Administrative Manager, you will be providing office support for the program, maintaining office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Adams County Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.

• Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
• Should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software)
• Should have the ability to work well with others, be friendly and have an outgoing personality.

Pay Rate: $ 18.00

Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates degree is highly preferred.

• Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
• Some understanding of insurance, and third party billing is helpful
