Performance Responsibilities:
1. Updates and collects documentation annually based on monitoring work papers from FLDOE for Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, and any other grants as awarded by FLDOE.
2. Submits monitoring reports and documents for all federal programs to FLDOE as requested.
3. Submits audit reports, written processes, justifications, and supporting documentation for all federal programs and create and submits findings correction plans as needed.
4. Drafts private school service delivery plans and collect documentation on the implementation of services and activities.
5. Assists Coordinator with private school consultation and services, requests, and purchases for private schools in the areas of Title II, Title III, and Title IV.
6. Ensures family engagement requirements are met at all Title I public schools through collection of documentation, training of AFAs, and consultation with school Principals and Title I teams.
7. Provides guidance to AFAs in using family engagement funds to manage effective parent outreach and family reading and resource centers.
8. Develops and facilitate an effective transition to kindergarten program.
9. Assists coordinator with PARs and Certifications for grant funded staff and monitor the activities facilitated by grant funded staff.
10. Attends conferences and webinars related to federal programs to update current policies and practices in collaboration with Coordinator.
11. Provides quarterly activity implementation reports to Coordinator for each of the following federal programs: Title II, Title III, and Title IV.
12. Facilitates the development of Parent and family Engagement Plans at all Title I schools and the evaluation of PFEP plans, activities, and workshops.
13. Assists Principals, in collaboration with Coordinator, in the development of Title I Schoolwide Plans.
14. Attends quarterly consultation meetings with school Principals, Private School Leaders and DLT members as scheduled and facilitated by Coordinator and assists with providing technical assistance to schools to comply with federal regulations. 15. Assists schools and Directors in the evaluation of federal programs activities. 16. Develops and manages, in collaboration with coordinator and Director of Elementary Learning, a social media platform to engage families in resources, workshops, and school to home communication.
