Provider Programs Manager oversees the provider network administration function of an organization. Collects data, analyzes and reports on claims, utilization, costs and changes. Being a Provider Programs Manager reviews existing and future reimbursement policies, regulations and guidelines. Ensure competitiveness of provider network by the deployment of cost effective programs and systems that deliver results that meet cost control and quality goals of the organization. Additionally, Provider Programs Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Provider Programs Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Who We Are: The Guidance Center is a non-profit community behavioral healthcare provider serving the communities of Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Polk, Sebastian and Scott counties in western Arkansas.
Who Are We Looking For: We have an immediate need for a Degreed Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) Case Manager within our Fostering Change/Community Reintegration (CRI) programs. We are searching for eager champions to provide direct service contact with adolescent client(s), in a foster home setting, in order to obtain a full range of needed services. Previous experience working with youth and adolescents in a behavioral health setting is a definite plus but not an absolute requirement.

-In consultation with client's primary therapist, update and develop goals and and objectives relevant to identified individual goals and treatment plan according to the level of care assigned.
-Maintain/develop concurrent clinical documentation in accordance with Federal and State regulations regarding behavioral health care
-Must be able to meet productivity expectations while simultaneously demonstrating ethical treatment and billing practices
-Must be able to maintain active communication while working in a collaborative environment
