Sr. Manager, AP Programs and Product Recall
Job Purpose
This role will oversee the development of Asset Protection plans, programs, and projects. The position is responsible for handling the documentation and support for these programs from design, workflow, change management, and through measured sustainability. The position will also lead SEG’s Food Safety product recall program and ensure all departments, to include Food Safety, Merchandising and Operations are executing all internal recall procedures at the highest standards while ensuring all Federal/State and local regulatory agency laws are adhered to. The position will escalate non-compliance issues or non-agreed upon recommendations for control enhancements to senior leadership for resolution.

Lead and manage all department IT projects. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within scope and budget. Work closely with IT, Operations, business stakeholders, and solution providers to plan and execute projects designed to mitigate exposure to loss while mitigating brand damage/risk to the business. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects through completion. Work with internal and external partners to regularly communicate project status, activities, and achievements to leadership.

Product Recalls
Responsible for managing, executing, and reporting out on the company’s product recall process, procedures and policies. Ensure that there is 24/7 monitoring of all information systems (Food Track, C&S Wholesalers, manufacturers, SEG Merchants, Own Brands, Vendors, and Government Agencies). Oversee compliance in pulling all recalled product from store shelves, that in-transit product is secured upon delivery, POS/UPC blocks are implemented and provide continuous follow-up to ensure expectations are met by each impacted department. Measure the success or failure of how the company executed based off SEG processes and procedures, follow-up and report out weekly to executive leadership.

Monitor performance and maintain systems according to defined requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages. Partner with users on future enhancements to support the goals of the department and ensure change requests are properly documented and tested prior to implementation. Communicate all updates, changes, and issues with end users.
