POSITION: Summer Programs Instructor (Part Time)

JOB SUMMARY:
This temporary position is responsible for instructing and facilitating activities during our summer programs classes at Pablo Center at the Confluence.
This position will have opportunities to improve teaching skills, learn from industry partners and gain experience working with students. Classes are structured to be project based with lots of work time for students. This position will work with the STEAM Programs Manager to plan the best classes possible and always be improving those classes.
SALARY: $17 per hour
WORK DAYS/TIMES:
Monday through Friday 9 am-12pm and/or 1 pm-4 pm.
Classes offered are one-week in length over the weeks of June 12-16, June 19-23, June 26-30, July 10-14,
July 17-21, and July 24-28.
Option and flexibility to work one or all week-long sessions.
CLASSES:
Topics include art and design, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math), coding, and LEGO robotics (Mindstorm and SPIKE kits).
STUDENT LEVEL: Students entering grades 4-6 and 7-9
