Provider Programs Manager oversees the provider network administration function of an organization. Collects data, analyzes and reports on claims, utilization, costs and changes. Being a Provider Programs Manager reviews existing and future reimbursement policies, regulations and guidelines. Ensure competitiveness of provider network by the deployment of cost effective programs and systems that deliver results that meet cost control and quality goals of the organization. Additionally, Provider Programs Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Provider Programs Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Provider Programs Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Location: Cadillac

    Requirements:

    · Good interpersonal relationship skills, including internal and external

    · Strong attention to detail

    · Outgoing and confident personality

    · Some knowledge of warehouse operations

    · Proficient computer skills – including full Microsoft Suite and Google programs

    · Good organizational and math skills

    · Commitment to the mission of the Organization

    · Valid driver’s license

    · Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on an occasional basis

    · Ability/willingness to obtain a Manager Level ServSafe certification

    · Bi-lingual candidate preferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify Potential New Partners – research and identify potential new sites in high need areas
    • Monitoring Summer Feeding Sites, Existing and New – including site visits, compliance checks, annual paperwork, staff trainings, etc.
    • Summer Feeding distributions- Food Delivery and Distribution – assist with delivering food when needed, oversee occasional distributions
    • Mobile Pantry Outreach and Support – including identifying potential new sites in high need or gap areas, discussing program and it’s requirements, site visits, compliance checks, annual paperwork, staff trainings, etc.
    • Review/Process New Program Account
    • Administrative duties such as answering phones and messages
    • Support Nutrition Education Initiatives in the Region
    • Support with Evaluation of New and Existing Programs
    • Participate in representing the Food Bank at various outside events, community meetings, boards, presentations, etc.
    • Programs promotion such as events or outreach to help acquire new Mobile/Summer feeding partnerships
    • Evening events may be required
    • Some travel will be required
