    Role

    We are looking for a Corporate Programs Manager to innovate, win, and grow with us in our Portsmouth, NH office!

    This person will have a flexible, remote schedule but will be required to work out of our Portsmouth, NH office one day per week. 

    As the Corporate Programs Manager, you play a crucial role in supporting the Chief of Staff and driving our organization's success. Your responsibilities span from hands-on-tactical coordination of operational cadences to the management of corporate programs and cadences, You will foster a culture of excellent execution and continuous improvement, supporting the organization to meet its commitments. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective communication and collaboration skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to interact with senior leadership and gain exposure across the entire organization.

    How You’ll Contribute:

    • Provide support to the Chief of Staff in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Manage the coordination and preparation of deliverables for internal Operating reviews and Board meetings.
    • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to lead the maturation of operational cadences to ensure smooth operational functioning and delivery against our commitments.
    • Support the development and refinement and distribution of executive-level KPI dashboards to provide critical visibility into the organization's performance, ensuring effective tracking and delivery against our operating plan.
    • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to provide essential support for the Operations Council, contributing to driving the organization to deliver strategic objectives and enhancing operational performance to achieve organizational goals.
    • Manage or support special projects and initiatives identified by the Chief of Staff or executive team, ensuring successful planning, execution, and alignment with organizational goals. Special projects might include supporting M&A activity, ESG initiatives, or Leadership Summits.
    • Project Management of named corporate programs includes: managing all aspects of project and program implementation, develop all project artifacts, project plan development, deliverables tracking, and progress reporting.

     

    Skills That Will Make You Successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
    • 5-8 years of progressive experience in business, with demonstrated experience management projects and change within organizations.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
    • Ability to demonstrate a bias for action in all endeavors – we are a fast-paced, ‘roll up your sleeves’ organization that gets things done.
    • Strong communication skills demonstrated through the ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal formats, to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
    • Financial aptitude and literacy to delve into the details, ensuring an understanding of the numbers and how they translate into organizational performance.
    • Proficient in preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and managing programs efficiently using Excel.
